Product Shots Continued
So here it is, it is very small! On the outside there is one window and two vented panels. The front, as mentioned, is also vented and has a dust filter making this one vented chassis, a must for the size.
The front IO and buttons are large and give a good enough feel when used. It is good to see the microphone and headphone jacks labelled, with a couple of USB 3.0 in there for good connectivity, and on the right hand side of the chassis.
If you have read our BitFenix Phenom Mini ITX Chassis review, we didn’t like the fact that the microphone and headphones jacks were unlabelled, leaving it open to a good guess for which port you picked. The Phenom also has this panel on the left hand side of the chassis, meaning if you set up your desks like us, you will always need to get out of your chair to plug something in.
The rear is a little trickier, we don’t like the 80mm fans, we think there wasn’t much else that could have been done however, so better to have and not to need, than to need and not to have. We could have also become a little spoiled with 120mm fans becoming the norm, in the not too distant past a good 80mm chassis fan was on everyone’s list of build parts.
The underside has a removable dust filter, some holes for rubber anti vibration pads and four very hard plastic feet. We didn’t like the material, but it gives excellent clearance if you have this on a carpeted floor for example.
The filter will only really collect slightly larger particles, but it won’t suffocate your PSU, which is nice.

LAN rig, SteamBox or just pushed for space in your game room, there are a lot of chassis that do it well enough, this little chassis beats some of the more expensive competition in a lot of areas, and compared to its price range, not much can touch it.
