Included with the Arctic Freezer i32 is everything to get up and running with the most recent Intel chipsets. No AMD support, you need the Freezer A32 for AMD chipsets.
The usual items are included, including another set of fan clips for a second fan. There is also some MX-4 Thermal paste, a slightly more premium thermal paste than is usually included for mainstream CPU coolers.
The fan has small rubber mounts to isolate vibration from the heatsink, and prevent it from being transferred to your chassis.

It's priced very well too, you will be able to pick this cooler up for little more than a stock CPU cooler, and Arctic still include premium Thermal Paste at this price point. The Arctic Freezer i32 is a bit of a hidden gem, with no corners cut.
