In the box is included a Low-Noise Adaptor (L.N.A.), 4-pin y-cable, 30cm extension cable, NA-AV2 Anti-Vibration mounts, Anti-vibration gasket for water cooling radiators and some fan screws. It’s pretty much everything you will need to ensure your fan doesn’t vibrate!
Yes, it’s the same colour scheme! If it performs, we don’t really care about the appearance, and look at the cool fan blades!

We are not going to suggest you run out and replace your high-end CPU Cooler fans with the Noctua NF-A12x25 Fans, but boosting your cooling performance with a couple of NF-A12x25 Fans wouldn't see you wrong. For a more traditional use, adding these fans to a radiator or chassis setup is going to give a very good airflow and acoustic performance, depending on the design of your chassis and its airflow, or lack of!
