The Scythe Ninja 5 heatsink is as large as most CPU coolers with the fans installed, it’s big! The attachment points are pre-installed, so mounting and alignment is easy. The included thermal paste and screwdriver means you don’t need additional tools and accessories to install your new CPU cooler.
With the fans installed this is a very long CPU cooler. The fans are height adjustable, so you shouldn’t have issues with standard height memory, or memory with a slightly higher than standard profile.
Both fans are PWM, a blessing for true cooling management for the CPU and the surrounding areas of the motherboard. Just make sure you have two well placed PWM motherboard headers to support this CPU Cooler, though the cabling looks sufficiently long enough for most scenarios.
