We will be updating future reviews with Far Cry 4, but for now, here’s Far Cry 3! In 1080p resolutions, this shouldn’t pose too much of a challenge for any of the cards.
All GPU cores and cards here have no issues with Far Cry 3 anymore. The EVGA GTX 1080 Founders Edition comes out on top, but not by much. It’s still a strong performance all round, but the XFX Radeon R9 Fury X steals the average and minimum FPS performance though, the EVGA GTX 1080 doesn’t have everything its own way.

Nvidia may have dropped the ball a little with the release drivers, and the subsequent drivers that game to fix the issues, but there's no doubt, the Nvidia GTX 1080 Founders Edition is a stellar performance, and the VGA GTX 1080 Founders Edition exercises the GPU core perfectly.
