We reviewed the Palit Super Jetstream GTX 980 Ti GPU back in 2016 and we recommended that card. The Palit GTX 1070 Ti JetStream is similar in looks, branding and has solid performance relative to the current Pascal range, and it’s cheap. The price of GPU’s is coming down now, and for this card, the future is bright.
Conclusion
If we had money to spend on a GPU and needed to spend it today, the Palit GTX 1070 Ti JetStream would be high on our list. The price vs performance of the 1080 Ti is not as good as a 1070 Ti and by some margin (circa Sept. 2018). The Palit GTX 1070 Ti JetStream will be overshadowed by the RTX cards coming out, but it’s still an amazing card in its own right. Sound performance, FPS performance vs price and genuinely being a decent product means we would absolutely recommend this GPU, even after the RTX cards are officially released.
It’s a 4K card if you choose your games carefully, or you knock down the quality settings in some areas. It’s a 1080p king and will easily support most titles in 1440p, and with the excellent heatsink and fan setup, it’s going to have some headroom for overclocking.
