The Zotac GTX 980 Ti AMP! Edition still includes a DVI connection, along with one HDMI 2.0 and three 1.2 DisplayPorts. Zotac are calling the exterior design “Carbon ExoArmor”, and it looks the part.
The detailing on the Zotac is excellent, even closing off the end of the card, normally left open for airflow. There are some vents here in keeping with the overall design. The Zotac uses a six pin and an eight pin power connector.
The IceStorm cooling uses three 90mm fans, which are unused during normal desktop usage, only powering on during higher loads. The card is 315mm x 111.15mm in length, we installed it in our Aerocool Aero-800 Black Edition Chassis Review if you want to see relative length when installed.

Our biggest issue with this card is that it's not special enough. Sure a core and memory frequency increase are good as standard and the GTX 980 Ti core is excellent, but we think the only advantage in owning this card over the reference design is cooling, and therefore overclocking. You may get a good overclocking baseline out of this card due to the good cooling solution, and it will help with sound performance, but the Palit Super Jetstream GTX 980 Ti outperforms it on most tests.
