The DIMMs are good looking in their own right, without the plasma tubes. The Green Tesla would suit any Nvidia setup and would be at home in any watercooled setup that uses green coolant. There are red and white/blue versions too, so neutral and AMD fans can pick up a set to suit their systems too.
The plasma tubes up close; The Avexir Raiden Green Tesla memory is tall, so you are going to have some CPU cooler clearance issues if you are using a large cooler.
Though with that said, if you are thinking of buying this memory, you probably are thinking about the plasma tubes and not CPU cooler compatibility at this point.

There’s two ways to look at the Avexir Raiden Green Tesla 16GB 2666MHz DDR4 Kit, looks and performance. Sometimes you get both with memory, though it’s all a bit subjective normally. Firstly, performance and it’s not bad. The Avexir Raiden Green Tesla 16Gb kit only really suffered from being a Dual Channel kit. With tight timings and low latency, the Avexir Raiden Green Tesla won’t be lagging behind memory of a similar speed rating. In fact, if you loosen off the timings, you may achieve some good overclocking without having poor memory timings.
