The two DIMMs are in a tall profile configuration. Housed in plastic to protect, it is pretty standard stuff at this point.
The DIMMs feel a little light, mainly due to the heat spreader and accent clip being made from anodized aluminum, it isn’t a cast heat spreader. They do look good though.
Test Set Up
We used the MSI Z97I GAMING AC Motherboard as a test bed. We used the X.M.P. settings then manually set the overclock when testing.
