One of the common complaints of many budget computer cases from users is the lack of a fan controller. Normally, an enthusiast must step into the $100+ category to get a chassis with any sort of built-in fan controls. Sure, a 3.5 or 5.25 bay device could do the trick, but with optical drives (and the associated bays) becoming less and less common this isn’t always a viable option.
