Aerocool Aero-1000 White Chassis Review

Admin Chassis 1772

On top we have a magnetic dust filter, it’s nice and easily removed, with a fair amount of ventilation at the top. The paint finish is slightly unusual, making it feel to us like pressed thick tin, surprisingly nice to touch and very easy to keep clean. There is an IO panel on the top, which has USB two 3.0 ports, power and reset switches, and mic and headphone jacks.

The chassis has a PSU dust filter underneath and some substantial feet, allowing for a good amount of air intake, or circulation, even if placed on a thick shag carpet.

We found the small rubber feet marked light surfaces, but it was also just as easy to clean off.

The Aero-1000 comes with two 120mm included in the front and a 120mm in the rear. There is also a third dust filter in the front panel, which is quite easy to remove.

You receive some cable ties, which is good to see, and a lot of screws. It is also good to see a Phillips head motherboard header adapter; they really do help when moving the header configuration around.

When you think about what the Aerocool Aero-1000 is supposed to be, functional, designed, water cooling ready and with cable management in mind, it ticks all the boxes. We found the Aero-1000 at £53.92 in the Amazon UK store, which is very cheap for what you end up getting.
